Welcome... HISWILL Ministry

Untitled Document

"I wish I had an important ministry. All I do is make coffee some Sundays for after worship, and pray with people," she said to me.

I hear that a lot. In fact I've been guilty of saying or thinking it morethan once. "Oh Lord, I wish I had a ministry where I could do really big things for you."

The simple truth is that if we are serving where God has called us to be, weare serving in a ministry that will impact eternity. There is no more important ministry than the one God gives you and its HISWILL. Its yourwill to take it with open heart.

Billy Graham has an incredible ministry, evangelizing all over the world. Charles Finney had an incredible ministry bringing revival through much ofthe United States. Jeff Caporale, the editor of Living Light News, the number one rated Christian newspaper in North America has an incredible ministry. The truth is ordinary people with ordinary ministries also serve God ingreat ways.

A senior I know, who has some mobility problems, spends much of her time praying for people. That's an incredible ministry. The person who keeps the church grass mowed or sanctuary cleaned so it is comfortable to visit has an incredible ministry.

The usher, the greeter, the Sunday school teacher, the nursery worker, the Bible study leader, the person who coordinates the casseroles or the annual Christmas drive ... all of these and more serve God in incredible ways.

We all have our own calling to serve God. There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men/women.

So Pray that God will work in me to do HISWILL.

With luv & Prayers

K. Santosh William

Internet Evangelism Day

The growth of the Internet over the last ten years has been incredible. There are now 1 billion Web users around the world. There are thousands of Christian websites, but the vast majority of these are written only for Christians. Very few are designed to reach out effectively to non-Christians. Yet the potential is enormous.

With this need in mind, the Internet Evangelism Coalition is sponsoring an international focus day on Sunday 7 May 2006. The Internet Evangelism Day will enable churches and other groups to build this emphasis into their programs for that day.
